Addition and Subtraction Word Problems

In this worksheet, we will practice solving addition and subtraction word problems.
Part 1 has addition problems.   For example: Jim had 5 rocks, and then he found two more rocks.
Jim now has 5 + 2 = 7 rocks.
Part 2 has subtraction problems.   For example: Sarah had 4 notebooks, and then one of them got wet.
Sarah now has 4 - 1 = 3 notebooks.
