Donald John Trump is an American billionaire most famous for his extremely successful real estate empire, his television show The Apprentice, and for his 2015/2016 venture into politics in a bid to become the next United States President. Donald Trump was born on June 14th, 1946 in Queens, NYC, to Mary Anne MacLeod, a philanthropist, and Fred Trump, a real estate developer. Donald was one of five children in his family. Because of Donald's rough behaviour he was enrolled in the New York Military Academy as a young teen, where he continued to attend until high school graduation. Donald then studied at Fordham University, and the Wharton School of Business, graduating with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1968. By graduation Donald had already begun to build his empire, being worth approximately $200,000.

Donald's father's real estate company, where Donald worked as a young man, was called Elizabeth Trump and Son.
In 1971 Donald Trump was given control of Elizabeth Trump and Son. In 1999 he changed the name to Trump Enterprises LLC. Later in 1999 he renamed it The Trump Organization.
