Area of EllipseArea of Ellipse
Find the area of an ellipse using its two radii. The long radius is usually called a and the short radius is called b.
Practice: enter the area rounded to the nearest hundredth.
Formula: area = πab. If a and b are equal, the ellipse becomes a circle and the formula becomes πr2.
