One of the many political effects of the First World War was the emergence of different political systems, ones example being the Fascist movement seen predominantly in Europe between the years of the two World Wars. However, there are exceptions to this rule including Japan, with one notable example being from Italy. Fascism has not been seen on the international scale as it was in during the 1930s and 1940s, but for the most part the political theory behind fascism was considered stable and reasonable response to socialism and communism in Russia.
