SAT : Three-dimensional shapes Quiz
Quiz Overview
Description
The three-dimensional shapes typically found on the SAT are the rectangular prism (including the cube) and the right circular cylinder. You should know how to calculate the volume and surface area of these shapes. However, it is also possible that you will encounter other prisms, as well as spheres and pyramids. Besides knowing that the volume of any prism is base x height, you will not be expected to know the relevant formulas for these other shapes, which will either be unnecessary to the question or will be provided to you.
